מים חמים במקלחת. מזגנים בסוויטות שיצליחו לחמם את חלל החדר. סלון הסוויטה אינו מזמין בעיצובו. שהחשמל לא יקפוץ כשמחברים מכשירים חשמליים, כמו מפזר חום שסופק לנו. חידוש וריענון המבנה, במיוחד במעברים לחדרי הסוויטות.
