הנוף ,השקט,האוויר הצח, הפעיליויות שיש לילדים, ארוחת בוקר סבירה
ארוחת בוקר לא מגוונת בכלל, כל יום אותו דבר, המקלחון של האמבטיה בחדש קומפורט למשפחה לא נוח מיושן ויוצאים ממנו הרבה מים לתוך שטח האמבטיה. לא באו להחליף מגבות בחדרים ולא פינו פח אשפה היה צריך לבקש כמה פעמים. אין בריכה קרובה פרט למרכז קנדה, חבל
