אנטיפטים. אוכל שהזמנתי ממסעדת המלון, כאילו שעשיתי עסקת סמים, מה נסגר? למה צריך לעבור דרך הקבלה ואז לחכות שיחזרו עוד חצי שעה, ואז לחכות לאוכל עוד חצי שעה. עד שהרגע המיוחל הגיע, ההמבורגר היה מקולקל והקאתי את חיי, מעבר לכך, הפקידים מאוד אנטיפטים, למה עשיתי צ'ק אין באינטנט אם חיכיתי קרוב לחצי שעה בתור, היה רק פקיד אחד ולאחר מכו הצטרפו עוד 2 פקידים. היחס והאווירה מאוד קרה לאורחים. אני בממוצע פעמיים בחודש בסופש בבתי מלון ואתם מאכזבים. למה לא ניתן להוסיף כסף ולהכנס לארוחת שישי? הכנתם בדיוק? לא התאמתם את עצמכם לאורחים ספונטנים? למה הייתי צריכה לאכול את האוכל המזעזע שלכם ולסבול כל החופשה???
